    01Our commitment

Valor wants every retailer, carrier and dealer to be able to learn about our products and work with us online — including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

    02The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. They explain how to make web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.

03How the site is built for access

    • Structure — one main heading per page, a logical heading outline and named landmarks, so assistive technology can move through the page.
    • Keyboard — every link, button and menu can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
    • Motion — if your device asks for reduced motion, entrance animations and the moving 3D scene are switched off or held still.
    • Text — copy is real text rather than images, scales with your browser’s zoom, and images carry text alternatives.
    • Without the 3D scene — every section’s text and links are in the page itself, whether or not the 3D graphics load.

    04Known limitations

We test as we build, but some parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA:

    • 3D product scenes — the interactive models are visual; the same information is given in text beside them.
    • Downloadable documents — some older spec sheets and catalogues are PDFs that are not fully tagged. We can send an accessible version on request.
    • Third-party content — embedded tools from other providers may not meet the same standard.

    05Compatibility

The site is designed to work with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, together with VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA and JAWS. It is not designed for browsers that their makers no longer support.

    06Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, please tell us. Include the page address and what went wrong, and we will get back to you — usually within two business days — with the information you need or a plan to fix it.
