    01Who we are

Valor Communication, Inc. (“Valor”, “we”, “us”) designs, manufactures and distributes mobile accessories for retailers, carriers and independent dealers. Our corporate office is at 18071 Arenth Ave., City of Industry, CA 91748, with distribution in Houston, TX.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, apply for a wholesale account or contact our team, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the websites of retailers or partners that sell our products.

    02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and to work with you. It falls into three groups:

    • Information you give us — your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and business details when you contact us, request a quote or apply for a wholesale account.
    • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
    • Information from partners — business contact and credit details provided by distributors, carriers or credit-reference agencies when you open a trade account.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of information, such as health data or government identifiers, through this website.

    03How we use your information

    • Respond to enquiries, quotes and partnership requests.
    • Open, verify and manage wholesale and dealer accounts, including credit checks and order fulfilment.
    • Operate, secure and improve the website, and diagnose technical problems.
    • Send the product and programme updates you asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time.
    • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, your consent (for example, for marketing cookies), or compliance with a legal obligation.

    04Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent. We share it only with:

    • Service providers — who host the site, deliver email or analyse usage, bound by contract to use it only on our instructions.
    • Logistics partners — where needed to ship an order.
    • Professional advisers — auditors, lawyers and insurers, under a duty of confidentiality.
    • Authorities — where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Valor, our customers or others.
    • A successor — if Valor is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

    05Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and, only if you allow them, analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns.

    • Strictly necessary — keep the site secure and working, and remember the choice you made in the cookie banner (stored in your browser as cookie-consent-v1). Always on.
    • Analytics — tell us which pages are visited and how the site performs, in aggregate. Only with your consent.
    • Marketing — measure whether our campaigns reach the right partners. Only with your consent.

You can change your choice at any time, or block cookies in your browser settings — the site keeps working with only the necessary ones.

    06Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it: enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact, account and transaction records for seven years to meet tax and accounting rules, and analytics data for up to fourteen months.

We protect information with encryption in transit, access limited to the staff who need it, and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

    07Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and the EEA and UK under the GDPR — you may have the right to:

    • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Delete your information, subject to the records we must keep by law.
    • Receive a portable copy of the information you provided to us.
    • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
    • Opt out of marketing emails using the link in any message.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we respond to verified requests within the time the law allows — usually 30 to 45 days.

    08Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you on the site or by email before they take effect.
