Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Valor Communication, Inc. (“Valor”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Wholesale, dealer and private-label relationships are also governed by the written agreement you sign with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Our products are sold to businesses — retailers, carriers and independent dealers — not to consumers. To open a wholesale account:

• Eligibility — you operate a registered business and are at least 18 years old.
• Accuracy — you give us complete, current business, tax and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Security — you keep your portal login confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect it has been used without permission.

We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account at our discretion, including where credit checks are not satisfied or these terms are breached.

• Quotes — prices shown on the site or in a quote are estimates until we confirm your order in writing.
• Availability — products, finishes and minimum order quantities can change without notice.
• Errors — if a price or description is wrong, we may correct it and give you the choice to confirm or cancel the order.
• Payment and delivery — terms, shipping and returns follow your account agreement or the confirmation we send.

The site and everything on it — text, photography, 3D models, product designs, logos and the Valor name — belong to Valor or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and design laws.

Approved partners may use the product images and brand assets we supply to sell our products, in line with our brand guidelines. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse needs our written permission.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the wholesale portal or our systems, or interfere with how they work.
• Scrape, harvest or copy pricing and product data by automated means.
• Upload malicious code, or submit false or misleading information.

The site may link to retailers, carriers and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — such as lost profits or data — arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Product warranties are set out in your account agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, unless your account agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
